She laid the foundation for a new era of gaming, where diversity and representation became central themes. So, here’s to Lara Croft, the original gaming icon, and the remastered trilogy that continues to celebrate her adventures and the trail she blazed for future heroes.

  1. The Tomb Raider trilogy holds a special place in the hearts of gamers, and the upcoming remastered edition is a testament to Lara Croft’s enduring legacy. The updated graphics and inclusion of classic expansions promise an immersive experience for fans both old and new. Lara Croft’s impact on the gaming industry cannot be overstated, as she broke barriers and paved the way for more diverse and empowering female protagonists. The release of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft is not just a celebration of nostalgia, but a recognition of the transformative power of representation in video games. Being someone who has not played the games yet, really looking forward to the remastered ones.

  2. I haven’t played a Tom Raider since the PlayStation 1, so maybe I should give this saga a chance again, it’s also from my favorite developer, that is, Square Enix, I think they are doing things right and would be a good investment.

  3. I’ve been waiting for a remaster of the old school Tomb Raider games for years now and I am happy we’re finally getting them! I just wish we got The Last Revelation as well as Chronicles remastered in this collection too, but I suppose it won’t be happening. I loved playing the first game with one of my childhood friends, she helped me complete the first game back in 2006. I didn’t get the other games until I was an adult. I will be getting this collection for sure.

  4. Tomb Raider Trilogy likes like it will be a great little stroll down memory lane. I am curious to see how they improved the graphics and how the smoothed everything out. Having 3 complete games means you’ll have several hours, days, weeks of gameplay potentially so I’d say its worth purchasing.

  5. I grew up playing these games and I really enjoyed them back in the day. I’ll definitely be picking this trilogy up for sure. Along with the Gex trilogy whenever that may drop.
